Alan Kramer

Managing Director, ASKra Consulting

Alan serves as Chief Information Advisor and Business Problem Solver to associations, NFPs and companies. He brings 25 years of experience delivering IT services to associations and membership organisations, human services delivery organisations and Australian and global commercial enterprises.   Alan works with his clients to develop and implement business-driven IT solutions from early planning and business case stages through delivery and migration to steady state operations. 

Before starting up ASKra Consulting in 2012, Alan served as Global Tax CIO for PricewaterhouseCoopers and as Public Sector and NFP ERP Director at Gartner Consulting. His work includes creating multi-year IT roadmaps and helping his clients achieve these.  Alan also specialises in assurance, risk management, and financial modelling for IT projects. 

Allan Ho

Principal Consultant, Clade Solutions

Allan Ho is a Principal Consultant at Clade Solutions, with over 10 years of experience delivering business value and technology solutions using the Microsoft stack of technologies. Over the years, Allan has focused on architecting Business Application solutions that leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365.  Allan is renowned for his ability to efficiently understand specific business challenges and customer needs and translate these ideas into technical solutions with clear, non-technical language that clarify complex technical solutions. Allan’s solutions are also always underpinned with the need to have clear and valuable business outcomes that ensure his projects are always a success. 

Allan’s most recent passion is talking to Associations about the CAMS solution, and how Associations can leverage powerful and innovative technology to modernise and underpin their business and become comfortably positioned to take on the digital challenges of the coming years.

Christian Capper

Chief Operating Officer, Associations Forum

As Chief Operating Officer, Christian is involved in overseeing a broad spectrum of activities for Associations Forum including events, marketing, human resources, benchmarking projects, database and website development, member services and new projects.

Christian holds a Bachelor of International Studies from Macquarie University and a Master of Political Economy from The University of Sydney. He has worked in agriculture, construction, hospitality, mining, and a start-up not-for-profit organisation.

Dave Hickling

Co-Founder & Director, Bond Software

With an extensive background in everything web and a career spanning all the way back to 1996, Dave has ridden the digital roller coaster for as long as most of us can remember using email.

Dave launched his own digital agency in 2002 and had the good fortune of working with some of the largest associations and best known brands in Australia that resulted in the enterprise member relationship platform, AMS. Leveraging 20 years of experience in this space, Dave understands the need to adapt to an ever-changing digital landscape to ensure products stay relevant. Bond is our next evolution of AMS to best meet that need.

Isaak Dury

Chief Executive Officer and Founder, TidyHQ

Isaak Dury is an IT nerd at heart, who then became a very successful business leader. In addition to having run various businesses both in Australia and overseas, Isaak has been involved in the development of some very sophisticated membership technology and has worked with the likes of the AFL, United Nations of Australia and many others in over 20 countries, bringing a commercial mind to organisational management and the membership space. 

He studied large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Salesforce as part of a Masters degree and brings those learnings to the membership space, advising organisations of all sizes with respect to membership design, governance, succession planning and IT implementations that needn't cost the world. 

John Walker

IT Consultant, COTIQU

John is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and an AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager. John has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years, 18 years of which were spent living in Germany and consulting on projects throughout Europe. John has gained experience in development, architecture, infrastructure projects, application projects and project management.

John’s background has been primarily in the large corporate arena. Since 2011 he has been exclusively working within the association industry providing independent IT advice to associations of all sizes, from System Selection, Project Management, Project Rescue and Data Migration services.

Leigh Clover

Director of Sales and Marketing, Member Jungle

With over 18 years experience in marketing and online content management systems, Leigh is responsible for the Member Jungle marketing, sales and account management teams. She also works alongside the development team to drive the product direction of Member Jungle.

Her excitement and passion (and incredibly fast talking) is contagious to all her team members and she has been instrumental through-out her career in managing a number of startups from idea to success. 

Robert Barnes

Country Manager APAC, Higher Logic

Born in PNG, Robert grew up in Darwin and then moved to ‘down south’ to take up his first association role at the age of 19.

Robert built a career in association management on the back of tertiary degrees in communication and an MBA. He has held Executive roles in Australia and New Zealand associations over a 20-year period, including CEO of Australian Canoeing and COO for Fitness Australia. This led him to his first corporate role with Aptify in 2013. The infamous red shoes have been replaced by Orange Army fatigues as he went on to head up Higher Logic’s international expansion into the Asia Pacific region. Biking and boarding of all persuasions takes up his spare time, along with a commitment to mentoring young Australians through The Smith Family.
